Coldplay will make history by performing an unprecedented 10 nights at London’s Wembley Stadium next summer, surpassing the records previously held by Taylor Swift and Take That.
Initially set for six nights in August, the band added four additional shows in September due to overwhelming demand during a fan presale.
General ticket sales begin at 9 a.m. on Friday, September 27, with prices starting at £20 (plus fees). Unlike Oasis, Coldplay will not use Ticketmaster’s dynamic pricing; all ticket prices will remain fixed.
The concerts support their upcoming album, Moon Music, set for release on October 4. In addition to Wembley, Coldplay will perform two nights at Hull’s Craven Park Stadium, with half the tickets reserved for local residents.
These 12 shows will be the band’s only European dates in 2025, and they plan to donate 10% of proceeds to the Music Venue Trust, which aids small concert venues in the UK.
Earlier this year, Coldplay headlined Glastonbury, featuring special guests like Michael J. Fox and Little Simz. Their performance received rave reviews, with The Independent calling it “the spectacle of a lifetime.”
Frontman Chris Martin has hinted that the 2025 album might be their last, though he later suggested the band has plans for more records.
Pre-sale tickets for their 2025 tour sold out quickly, leading to the addition of four extra Wembley dates.
Coldplay’s commitment to sustainability includes a 59% reduction in carbon emissions from their last tour and offering £20 “Infinity tickets” to make concerts more accessible. For the Wembley shows, pairs of tickets will cost around £52, including fees.
