1. The Port Harcourt Refinery Company (PHRC) has announced that its petroleum products—namely petrol, diesel, and kerosene—are currently available only to the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL). These products will be supplied to NNPCL-operated retail outlets, as confirmed by Olufemi Soneye, Chief Corporate Communications Officer.

2. The Federal Capital Territory High Court has postponed its ruling on the bail application of former Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, until December 10. The court has ordered that Bello and his two co-defendants be kept in the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
