Suspected Fulani herdsmen have launched yet another deadly attack in Benue State, killing two villagers in what has been described as an unprovoked assault.

The attack occurred on Tuesday night in Uikpam and Mbabai communities, both located in Guma Local Government Area of the state.

According to reports, the gunmen stormed the communities and opened fire on residents, leaving at least two people dead.
