1. The National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) announced on Monday that Nigeria’s inflation rate declined to 16.05% in October 2025, down from 18.02% recorded in September 2025. This was disclosed in the October Consumer Price Index (CPI) Report, which also showed that the CPI rose to 128.9 in October, representing a 1.2-point increase from 127.7 in the previous month.

2. The National Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Senator David Mark, has stated that the party’s presidential ticket is not reserved for any aspirant.
