AMBER Alert: 9-Year-Old Boy Abducted from South Florida – Authorities Urgently Searching

Authorities have issued an AMBER Alert for 9-year-old Liam Smith, who is believed to have been abducted from the Miami Gardens area in South Florida.

According to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), Liam was last seen on Tuesday near the 17700 block of Northwest 14th Avenue. He was wearing a light blue school uniform shirt, dark blue pants, and black shoes at the time of his disappearance.

The child may be traveling with 45-year-old Tameeka Budwah, who is considered his abductor. Investigators believe the two may be heading north in a 2024 black Honda Civic with Florida license plate RJVL88.

Liam Smith is listed as endangered. Authorities urge anyone with information about his whereabouts to contact the FDLE, the Miami Gardens Police Department at (305) 474-2100, or call 911 immediately.
