Wike Appoints New Acting Head of Service for FCTA After Grace Adayilo’s Death

Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has appointed Mrs. Nancy Sabanti Nathan as the Acting Head of Service of the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA).

According to a statement issued on Tuesday by Wike’s media aide, Lere Olayinka, Sabanti will serve in an acting capacity pending the appointment of a substantive Head of Service.

The position became vacant following the recent passing of Mrs. Grace Adayilo on Monday last week.

Prior to this appointment, Mrs. Sabanti Nathan was the Permanent Secretary at the Youth Development Secretariat of the FCTA. She also previously served as Director of Finance and Administration in the office of the Honourable Minister of FCT.

The appointment takes immediate effect.
