Monarch’s Son Assassinated by Armed Men in Lagos

Demola, the eldest son of the Ojomu of Ajiran land, Tijani Akinloye, in the Ajiran community of Agungi, Lekki, Lagos State, was shot and brutally attacked on Monday near Chevron Drive, close to Ebeano Supermarket.

The tragic event has caused tension within the community.

An estate management in the area issued a notice confirming the incident and urged residents to avoid the Chevron, Agungi, and Ajiran areas for safety.

The notice read: “This is to inform all residents that the son of the Ajiran (Agungi) king was assassinated this morning along Chevron Drive, near Ebeano Supermarket.

“We appeal to residents to avoid Chevron, Agungi, and Ajiran areas for their safety.”
