Popular rapper and activist Folarin Falana, widely known as Falz, has called on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to step down, citing his failure to address the country’s growing insecurity.

Falz highlighted a tweet from Tinubu dated November 6, 2014, in which the president demanded the resignation of former President Goodluck Jonathan over issues of terrorism. Drawing a parallel, Falz criticized Tinubu for allegedly neglecting the protection of citizens’ lives and property, despite previously projecting concern.

“You have consistently shown your unwillingness to protect the lives and property of our people despite pretending to care in the past. Resign now!” he declared.
