Gov Otti celebrates with Deputy on his 40th Birthday

The Executive Governor of Abia State celebrates his Deputy Engr Ikechukwu Emetu on his 40th birthday anniversary. 

Governor Alex Otti of Abia State celebrate his Deputy Engr Ikechukwu Emetu as he as he celebrate his 40th birthday anniversary.

Otti, in a post on Tuesday via his X account, said Happy 40th Birthday to the young and energetic Deputy Governor of Abia State, His Excellency Engr. Ikechukwu Emetu!
