In a conversation with NIGERIA NEWS 247, Isiguzoro prayed for the Ubah family, asking God to grant them the strength to bear their loss. He remarked, “Ndigbo have lost another big Iroko.”

He continued, “It is with huge shock that we received the sad news of the unfortunate demise of one of the business moguls in the South-East, a High Chief from Nnewi, Senator Ifeanyi Ubah.

“What have Ndigbo done to warrant this harvest of deaths in the South-East? Today’s news of Ifeanyi Ubah’s death is a rude shock to the Igbo nation.

“Everyone in the South-East, Anambra State, and particularly Nnewi, should take heart. Ndigbo have lost another big Iroko.

“If there is anything we have done that is causing these rude shocks within a short frame of time, we beg God for mercy.
