Afenifere Leader, Oba Oladipo Olaitan, Criticizes APC Over Deception and Data Manipulation

Oba Oladipo Olaitan, leader of the Yoruba socio-cultural group Afenifere, has strongly condemned the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) for what he described as their penchant for deception and data manipulation. Speaking during an interview on Channels Television’s ‘Sunrise Daily,’ Olaitan accused the APC of concealing critical issues and misleading the public as part of their political strategy.

He questioned the safety and wellbeing of Nigerians under the current administration, contrasting it with the previous government, which he claimed resorted to extreme measures, including allegedly allowing foreign nationals—specifically Fulanis—into the country to undermine the nation’s stability in their quest for power.

Olaitan also criticized President Buhari’s campaign rhetoric, suggesting it reflected an exclusionary mindset, emphasizing that it was “either me or nobody else” who should govern Nigeria.
