Bolaji Abdullahi Criticizes Tinubu’s ‘Renewed Hope Agenda’ as a Theatre of Hardship

Former Minister of Sports and interim spokesperson for the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Bolaji Abdullahi, has sharply criticized President Bola Tinubu’s ‘Renewed Hope Agenda’, describing it as a “theatre of hardship and hopelessness.”

Speaking on Channels Television’s Politics Today on Wednesday, Abdullahi cited Nigeria’s worsening hardship, rising insecurity, and a breakdown in governance accountability as clear evidence of the failure of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

His comments reflect growing opposition concerns about the current administration’s ability to address the country’s pressing challenges ahead of the 2027 elections.
