Lookman Receives Nomination for Player of the Week in Europa League

Ademola Lookman has been nominated for the UEFA Europa League Player of the Week, as reported by NIGERIA NEWS 247 The Nigerian international delivered a stunning hat-trick during Atalanta’s 3-0 triumph over Bayer Leverkusen on Wednesday night.

Alongside Lookman, his teammates Davide Zappacosta and Ederson have also been nominated for the award. Additionally, Bayer Leverkusen defender Piero Hincapie is in contention.

Lookman previously secured the award during Atalanta’s semi-final victory against Olympic Marseille, where he contributed with a goal and an assist in the second leg encounter.
