American hip-hop icon 50 Cent pays tribute to Donald Trump after surviving assassination attempt
American hip-hop legend, 50 Cent, paid tribute to former US President and Republican Party candidate in the upcoming election, Donald Trump, following Trump’s survival of an assassination attempt at a rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday.
During his performance in Boston yesterday, 50 Cent, who himself has survived several assassination attempts in the past, honored Trump by incorporating his face into the album cover of ‘Get Rich Or Die Tryin,’ displayed prominently while he performed his hit song ‘Many Men (Wish Death).’ The audience cheered in response to the tribute.
According to NIGERIA NEWS 247, the rally incident resulted in two deaths from gunshots, with former President Trump being quickly escorted off stage by security personnel, as reported by the Associated Press.
The FBI has identified 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks as the individual involved in the attempted assassination of Trump, who was subsequently neutralized by security operatives.
