She made this confession while apologizing to Ozee after a recent disagreement between them.

Victoria mentioned that she typically avoids apologizing but decided to make an exception because of her feelings for Ozee.

Ozee: “Remember, I warned there would be consequences for your actions?”

Ozee: “I’ll think about it.”

Victoria: “You’re making this hard because you know I have a soft spot for you. I’m sorry, please. Let’s hug and move on.”

Ozee eventually accepted her apology, and the two shared a heartfelt hug.
