Drake Loses $565,000 Bet on Tyson Fury to Defeat Usyk

Canadian rapper Drake has lost $565,000 after betting on Tyson Fury to beat Oleksandr Usyk, marking another significant gambling loss for the artist. Drake had revealed on Instagram that he wagered $565,000 on Fury to win.

A victory for Fury would have netted Drake just over $1 million. However, Usyk defeated Fury by split decision in Saudi Arabia, becoming the first undisputed heavyweight boxing champion in 24 years by adding Fury’s WBC title to his own WBA, IBF, and WBO belts.

Drake has previously incurred other substantial gambling losses, including a six-figure sum after Anthony Joshua’s knockout win over Francis Ngannou and $700,000 following Dricus Du Plessis’s victory over Sean Strickland at UFC 297.
