In a recent revelation, popular content creator and singer Nasboi shed light on the substantial earnings potential of social media influencing and skit making.

During an appearance on the Bahd And Boujee Podcast, co-hosted by reality star Tolanibaj and actress Moet Abebe, Nasboi disclosed that he once harbored the misconception that prominent skit makers, such as Sydney Talker, were involved in Internet fraud. This misunderstanding stemmed from a lack of awareness about the profitability of the creative industry until he became a part of it himself.

Nasboi highlighted the prevalence of unfounded accusations against skit makers and influencers, emphasizing that many individuals still accuse them of engaging in fraudulent activities due to their ignorance of the lucrative opportunities within the creative industry.

He elaborated, stating, “Yahoo [internet scam] is stressful. It’s not even as lucrative as skit making.” Nasboi provided examples of lesser-known skit makers who have earned significant sums, citing a specific individual who reportedly earned $33,000 from a single video on Facebook, despite not being widely recognized.
