Crystal McKinney, a former model, has leveled accusations against embattled United States rapper and business mogul, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, alleging that he drugged and sexually assaulted her in 2003.

McKinney’s claims are detailed in a lawsuit she filed against Diddy on Tuesday at the federal district court in Manhattan, marking the sixth person to accuse him of sexual assault.

According to McKinney, she encountered Diddy during a Men’s Fashion Week event at Cipriani Downtown in New York City. She alleges that the rapper invited her to a space in New York City where he and a group of men were consuming alcohol and marijuana.

McKinney stated in the lawsuit that, at 22 years old, she was offered a joint, which she later suspected had been laced with a “narcotic or other intoxicating substance.” Despite expressing that she had enough, McKinney claimed that Diddy pressured her to continue drinking and smoking before insisting she follow him to the bathroom.

She alleges that in the bathroom, Diddy forced himself on her, kissing her, pushing her head down to his crotch, and commanding her to perform oral sex, to which she refused. McKinney claimed that Diddy then forcibly engaged in oral sex with her.

This isn’t the first time Diddy has faced such allegations. In November 2023, Cassie accused him of rape, abuse, and human trafficking during their 10-year relationship, leading to an out-of-court settlement the day after the lawsuit was filed.

Following this, Diddy was accused of sexual assault in a lawsuit filed in the Manhattan Supreme Court by Joi Dickerson-Neal, who alleged that he drugged and raped her when she was a college student in 1991. Another woman came forward the same day, alleging that Diddy and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall raped her and a friend in New York City over 30 years ago.

In December, a fourth victim accused Diddy, along with Harve Pierre, the former president of Bad Boy Entertainment, and another individual, of sex trafficking and gang rape when she was 17 years old.

On February 26, Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, a former producer and videographer for Diddy, filed a lawsuit alleging that the rapper sexually harassed and drugged him.
