Renowned Gospel Singer Expresses Deep Concern Over Escalating Christian Genocide

Popular gospel minister Dunsin Oyekan has reacted to the rising wave of violence in Nigeria.

NIGERIA NEWS 247 reports that terrorists attacked a branch of the Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) in Kwara State on Tuesday evening, killing three worshippers and abducting several others, including the pastor. The attack came just hours after suspected Boko Haram insurgents reportedly killed eight people in Bama Local Government Area of Borno State on Monday night.

In an Instagram post, Oyekan described the attacks as “cruel” and questioned the government’s efforts to tackle insecurity. He prayed for divine justice against those responsible.

“May the Lord judge the enemies of this nation once and for all in this season. These killings are too much, senseless, and cruel! Psalm 82:1-8 is my prayer in this season. And we have a government abi?????” he wrote.
