US Election: Cardi B Supports Kamala Harris for President

American rapper Cardi B has endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris for the Democratic Party’s presidential nomination.

Cardi B, who had previously suggested that Harris should be the party’s candidate after President Joe Biden’s debate with Republican rival Donald Trump, expressed her enthusiasm for Biden’s endorsement of Harris.

In a post on her X account, Cardi B wrote: “Aha hahaha let’s go! I told y’all Kamala [Harris] was supposed to be the 2024 candidate… Stop f*ckin playin with me!”

Following Biden’s withdrawal as the Democratic candidate on Sunday and his endorsement of Harris, Cardi B’s excitement was evident. She had previously told Rolling Stone in May that she would not vote in the November election if Biden and Trump were the only major candidates, citing disappointment with Biden’s administration and viewing Trump as a significant threat.
