Breaking: A bus crash on the Third Mainland Bridge resulted in passengers being thrown into the lagoon.

On Wednesday, a Danfo commercial vehicle carrying multiple passengers collided on the Third Mainland Bridge in Lagos.

As depicted in a video shared on social media, the accident resulted in at least one passenger being ejected from the bus and into the lagoon.

While specific details about the incident remain unclear at the time of this report, videos captured from the scene showed passengers sustaining injuries.

In a post on social media platform X, Nifemi Oguntoye stated, “The Federal Road Safety Corps has enlisted local divers to assist in locating two individuals, a male and a female, who are still submerged underwater.”
