Cult Clash in Ogun: One Decapitated, Two Fatally Wounded

Seun, allegedly affiliated with the Eiye confraternity, was killed and beheaded during a cult clash in Ogun State’s Ijoko area.

The conflict began after the death of Adisa, a suspected Aye leader, whose hand was severed by a rival group. In retaliation, members of the Aye reportedly shot and killed two Eiye members, including Seun, a fuel attendant at Alaroro in Ijoko.

Seun was targeted, shot, and beheaded by the attackers, leaving his head on the Ijoko bridge. The incident has instilled fear among residents, prompting calls for increased police presence. When contacted, the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) of the Ogun State Police Command, Omolola Odutola, stated she was unaware of the incident.
