APC appoints Abdulrahman Haske youth advisory committee chairman

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has appointed Abdulrahman Bashir Haske as Chairman of the Youth Advisory Committee for the upcoming Ganye State Constituency by-election in Adamawa State, scheduled for August 16, 2025.

The appointment was confirmed in a statement signed by the APC’s National Vice Chairman (North-East), Comrade Mustapha Salihu.

Haske will work in close collaboration with members of the National Campaign Council Sub-Committee, which includes Hon. Nuruddeen Hamanyero, Barr. Dedan Pwadi Hoki, Dr. Tahir Abubakar Girei, Dr. Musa Terrang, Lamido Hamza Abdullah, and Salihu Mohammed Harbingiwa.

Other committee members are Huzaifa Sanusi, Idris Zubairu Numan, Sa’adu Adamu Namtari, Hon. Khalil Sajo, Dauda Kushu, Isah Garba Mayo, Lukman D. Wise, Shehu Baba-Jacob, and Hon. Yakubu Bello Bashir.

Following his appointment, Haske paid a courtesy visit to the National Security Adviser (NSA) and APC leader in Adamawa State, Nuhu Ribadu. During the meeting, discussions centered around the by-election, party strategy, and efforts to strengthen grassroots support. Haske praised Ribadu’s inclusive leadership and contributions to the state’s political stability.

The APC reiterated its commitment to ensuring a peaceful, transparent, and credible by-election. The party called on members, supporters, and the general public to support Haske and the Youth Advisory Committee in delivering on their mandate.
