Did CBN Revoke the Licenses of Unity Bank, Keystone, and Polaris? – CBN reply to Nigerians

Following the report on Monday, June 3 2024 that the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) revoked the banking license of Heritage Bank Plc, some bloggers and content creator came out with later reports that the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) also revoked the banking licenses of Unity Bank, Keystone Bank, and Polaris Bank.

NIGERIA NEWS 247 gathered from reliable source from CBN that is report is fake and did not come from the Central Bank of Nigeria.

The CBN made this report official on their X account with the comment: “This content is fake and not from the Central Bank of Nigeria.”

All Nigeria are therefore advices to disregard this false report that has not atom of truth in it.
