1. The tripartite committee on the new minimum wage faced its third deadlock as organized Labor turned down the government’s proposal of N60,000 during the recent negotiations.

2. On Tuesday, a gathering of prominent figures, including Vice President Kashim Shettima, paid their final respects to the late former Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Ibrahim Lamorde, at his funeral held in Abuja’s National Mosque.
