Peter Obi: Every Nigerian Child Deserves a Better Future

Former Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, emphasized that every Nigerian child deserves a future filled with opportunities.

In a post on his official X handle on Thursday, Obi highlighted the importance of creating a society where children can thrive and reach their full potential.

He made these remarks at Corona School in Gbagada, Lagos, where he was the Special Guest of Honour at the school’s graduation ceremony.

“I was delighted to honor the invitation of Tolu, an 11-year-old head boy from Corona School in Gbagada, Lagos. He had invited me as the Special Guest of Honour to their primary six graduation ceremony in May.

“I enjoyed interacting with the children, who are the future leaders of our nation. I was deeply moved by their confident expressions of lofty dreams and aspirations. Their dreams are valid and will contribute significantly to building a better Nigeria.

“Creating a supportive and nurturing environment for our children to achieve their dreams continues to fuel our passion and strengthen our resolve in the struggle for a better nation,” he said.
