Tinubu Vows Severe Consequences for Borno Bomb Attack Terrorists

President Bola Tinubu has vowed severe consequences for the terrorists responsible for the bomb attack in Borno State.

Condemning the attack that caused multiple fatalities and injuries in Gwoza Local Government Area, Tinubu described it as a desperate act of terror. He noted that this attack reflects the pressure being applied to terrorists and the successes in reducing their capacity for such offensives.

In a statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Chief Ajuri Ngelale, Tinubu asserted that those responsible for the violence would face justice. He emphasized that his administration would not allow the nation to descend into an era of fear, sorrow, and bloodshed.

The statement continued: “The President affirms that his administration is taking all necessary measures to protect citizens. He stressed that efforts will be intensified to ensure those causing chaos and endangering lives are eradicated.”
