1. The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has criticised the Federal Government’s fresh ₦1.15 trillion domestic borrowing, accusing President Bola Tinubu of inconsistent policies and fiscal irresponsibility. In a statement by its spokesperson, Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi, the party argued that the borrowing contradicts Tinubu’s earlier claim that Nigeria had already achieved ₦20.59 trillion in non-oil revenue by August 2025, warning that the administration is worsening the nation’s debt burden.
