1. The Divisional Police Officer (DPO) of Ijanikin Police Station, Lagos State, CSP Bolaji Olugbenga, has passed away. He reportedly collapsed in his office on Thursday night and died before reaching the hospital.
2. Kano State Hisbah operatives have arrested Auwal Danladi Sankara, Jigawa State’s Commissioner of Special Duties, on allegations of adultery. The Kano State Hisbah Board confirmed his detention on Friday, with plans to charge him in court on Monday.
3. Former President Goodluck Jonathan expressed concerns over court rulings on political cases, warning that some judgments negatively impact democracy.
