1. Attorney-General of the Federation (AGF) Lateef Fagbemi (SAN) has criticized the lawsuit brought by 19 states contesting the legality of the laws that establish anti-corruption agencies. He urged the Supreme Court to dismiss the case, asserting that the issues raised had already been addressed by appellate courts. The Supreme Court reserved its judgment on the matter on Tuesday.
