Agbese: Tinubu’s Leadership Advances Nigeria’s Status in Global Politics
Philip Agbese, a member of Nigeria’s House of Representatives and Deputy Spokesman of the House, has praised President Bola Tinubu for his exceptional global leadership.
Speaking at the Pan-African Parliament’s extraordinary session in Midrand, South Africa, Agbese highlighted Tinubu’s role in enhancing Nigeria’s influence in international politics. He commended Tinubu’s leadership as Chairman of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) for his dedication to human rights and the rule of law.
Agbese noted that Tinubu’s vision for a united and prosperous Africa has elevated Nigeria as a significant global player and a symbol of hope.
“President Tinubu’s vision for a prosperous and integrated Africa is truly inspiring,” Agbese said. “His leadership has secured Nigeria a prominent place on the global stage. His unwavering commitment to African development and integration is making a substantial impact across the continent.”
The lawmaker also praised Speaker Tajudeen Abbas for his efforts in promoting peace, security, and economic recovery in Africa. Agbese described Abbas’ leadership as transformative, emphasizing his role in fostering cooperation and development across the continent.
“Speaker Abbas has significantly advanced continental solidarity, cooperation, and development. His focus on peace, security, and stability, along with his economic recovery strategies, benefits all Africans,” Agbese remarked.
Agbese reaffirmed his dedication to collaborating with both leaders to strengthen Nigeria’s leadership role in Africa and advance the objectives of the Pan-African Parliament. He also urged other African nations to support Nigeria’s efforts toward continental development and integration.
