APC Denies Granting Automatic Tickets to National Assembly Members

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has dismissed as false the reports claiming it has awarded automatic tickets to all its National Assembly members ahead of upcoming elections.

In a statement issued on Tuesday in Abuja, the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, described the circulating report as “fake news” and urged the public to disregard it.

“The attention of the All Progressives Congress has been drawn to a purported breaking news report titled: ‘APC Grants Automatic Tickets to All National Assembly Members,’ which is currently making rounds,” Morka stated.

“The report is completely false and did not originate from our party. We urge all party members and the general public to treat it as fake and misleading.”

Morka emphasized the APC’s commitment to due process and transparency in its internal affairs and warned against the spread of misinformation aimed at misleading the public.
