Emeka Ihedioha, former Governor of Imo State, has officially joined the African Democratic Congress (ADC), just a day after the party’s unveiling in Abuja by former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and other prominent Nigerians.

Speaking to leaders of his grassroots Rebuild Imo Movement (RIM) at his Civil Centre residence, Ihedioha declared ADC as “my party, your party, our party” and urged his supporters to promote the party at the grassroots level across Imo State.

He emphasized ADC’s strong presence with representation in all 305 wards, 27 local government areas, and three geopolitical zones, calling on leaders to strengthen their already “viable and functional” structures.
