No Conflict Between Soludo and Me, APGA Crisis Resolved – Party Chairman Njoku
The National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Chief Edozie Njoku, has announced the resolution of the party’s internal crisis.
Njoku’s legitimacy as the party chairman was affirmed by a Supreme Court ruling, which subsequently led to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) recognizing him as the authentic chairman after a prolonged power struggle.
During a press briefing in Abuja on Friday, Njoku emphasized that there is no conflict between him and Anambra State Governor Chukwuma Soludo, the sole governor elected on the APGA platform.
“We are now in a reconciliatory phase,” Njoku stated. “We have been engaging in reconciliation efforts and approaching it with humility.”
He continued, “I’m sure everyone here is aware of our struggle. The crisis in APGA is now over. I’m urging the press not to overheat the polity within APGA. We are seeking peace. There is no longer a crisis in APGA. We have only one governor, the Governor of Anambra State, and there is no quarrel between us.”
“We have endured this crisis for a long time, and it has finally come to an end. Thank God INEC has recognized me, and the Supreme Court has ruled in my favor. The crisis is over,” Njoku concluded.
