‘You’re Not Bigger Than APGA’ – Njoku Hits Back at Soludo
The National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Edozie Njoku, has warned Anambra State Governor Charles Soludo against trying to impose himself on the party amid its ongoing leadership crisis.
Speaking on Channels Television’s Politics Today, Njoku stated that Soludo is not above the party and should learn to humble himself.
“I have humbled myself a lot. I’ve gone to meet him (Gov. Soludo) and had discussions with him. The key thing is doing what’s right, not trying to impose yourself on the party. The party is supreme,” Njoku said.
Njoku also dismissed rumors that he intends to obstruct Soludo’s bid for a second term in 2025, but acknowledged that their feud could impact APGA’s chances in next year’s governorship election in Anambra. He clarified that he holds no personal grudge against the governor.
“I’m too big for such matters. Why should I hold anything against Soludo? The only issue is that Soludo doesn’t like that I am a man with my own mind,” Njoku added.
