Ahead of Tuesday’s Champions League match against Real Madrid, Josko Gvardiol, Nathan Ake, and Kyle Walker were all notably absent from Manchester City’s training session on Monday morning.

According to BBC reports, the trio are facing injury concerns leading up to the game in Spain. Ake and Walker had already been uncertain for the Madrid clash due to issues encountered during the international break.

Gvardiol joined them on the sidelines after being substituted during City’s recent 4-2 victory over Crystal Palace. The demanding schedule has stretched City’s squad thin as they strive to achieve success in multiple competitions this season, including the pursuit of another Treble.
