WBC Latino Heavyweight Champion Kingsley “The Black Lion” Ibeh (15-2-1, 13 KOs) is set to headline the groundbreaking “Legacy Night” boxing event this Saturday, September 20, in San Salvador, El Salvador. Riding a 10-fight win streak, Ibeh will face former world title challenger Gerald “El Gallo Negro” Washington (21-6-1, 14 KOs) in the 10-round main event for the vacant WBC FECARBOX Heavyweight Title.

Presented by Toro Promotions Inc., the event will take place at Gimnasio Nacional Adolfo Pineda and marks a historic milestone as the first-ever professional boxing event in El Salvador’s history. This milestone aligns with President Nayib Bukele’s broader vision to position El Salvador as a hub for major international boxing events.

The El Salvador Boxing Federation has appointed International Boxing & MMA Consultants, Inc. (IBMC) to serve as the official regulatory body overseeing professional combat sports in the country.
