Chelsea Extends Kepa Arrizabalaga’s Contract and Loans Him to Bournemouth

Chelsea Football Club has extended Kepa Arrizabalaga’s contract until June 2026. According to Fabrizio Romano’s post on X, the goalkeeper will join Bournemouth on loan for the rest of the season.

Bournemouth will cover part of his salary but there will be no option to buy included in the deal.

Kepa, who was on loan at Real Madrid last season and hoped to secure a permanent move, will now link up with Bournemouth and its Basque Country-born manager, Andoni Iraola.
