EPL: John Barnes Identifies Salah’s Potential Replacement at Liverpool

Former Liverpool star John Barnes has suggested that West Ham United midfielder Mohammed Kudus might be a future replacement for Mohamed Salah at Anfield.

Barnes described Kudus as dynamic and direct, noting that his playing style is reminiscent of Salah’s.

Salah, who transferred to Liverpool from AS Roma in 2017, is believed to be nearing the end of his professional career and has attracted interest from several Saudi Arabian clubs.

In an interview with BettingExpert, Barnes said: “Kudus had an outstanding season with West Ham. With Salah hinting he may not be around in three years, Kudus could potentially step into that role.

“He’s young, dynamic, and plays in a manner similar to Mo.”
