EPL: Roy Keane Criticizes Three Arsenal Players for Poor Showing Against Man Utd
Manchester United legend, Roy Keane has taken aim at three of Arsenal’s key players, criticizing their performances during the Gunners’ 1-0 Premier League victory over United at Old Trafford on Sunday.
Despite the narrow win secured by Riccardo Calafiori’s first-half header, Keane believes several Arsenal stars failed to make an impact in the high-profile clash.
Speaking on Sky Sports, Keane singled out Bukayo Saka, Martin Odegaard, and Declan Rice for what he described as underwhelming displays.
“This was an Arsenal team where four of their players did not turn up,” Keane said. “Rice—Neville was praising Odegaard—I thought Odegaard was shocking. Saka didn’t do too much either. Even the players who came off the bench didn’t add anything.”
He added that Arsenal’s overall display was below expectations, labeling it a “poor performance.”
Meanwhile, Manchester United will be hoping to bounce back when they face Fulham in their next fixture.
