Ndidi Enjoys Winning Debut for Besiktas in Turkey

Wilfred Ndidi has expressed his delight following his debut for Turkish Super Lig giants Besiktas, as reported by Nigeria News 247.

The Nigeria international joined Besiktas from Leicester City two weeks ago and featured in the 2-1 victory over Eyupspor on Sunday night. Ndidi played 70 minutes before being substituted due to a knock.

Speaking after the match, the 28-year-old praised the incredible support from Besiktas fans, saying, “The atmosphere was great. When the score was 1-1, we showed real team spirit and their backing pushed us to fight for the second goal. It was a great day, we feel fantastic.”

Ndidi is expected to feature again when Besiktas face Lausanne in the UEFA Europa Conference League playoff on Thursday.
