NPFL: Kwara United Resume Preparations for 2025-26 NPFL Season

Kwara United have resumed training as they gear up for the 2025-26 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) campaign.

The Harmony Boys returned to the pitch following a brief break after their triumph in the 2025 President Federation Cup. On Monday, the team held a training session at the Rashidi Yekini Mainbowl, George Innih Stadium, under the guidance of technical adviser Tunde Sanni.

In preparation for the new season, Kwara United are scheduled to play a warm-up match against non-league side Blimz FC on Tuesday in Ilorin.

Coach Sanni’s squad will also compete in the CAF Confederation Cup next season, adding continental duties to their calendar.

The 2025-26 NPFL season is set to kick off on Friday, August 22.
