The Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA) has officially announced its Premier League Team of the Year for the 2024/2025 season, celebrating standout performers across the campaign.

The elite XI was revealed during a glitzy awards ceremony held in Manchester on Tuesday night.

Nottingham Forest goalkeeper Matz Sels earned the nod between the sticks, edging out Arsenal’s David Raya for the top spot.

The defensive line features a strong Arsenal presence, with William Saliba and Gabriel Magalhães included alongside Virgil van Dijk of Liverpool and Milos Kerkez of Bournemouth.

In midfield, Arsenal’s Declan Rice lines up with Ryan Gravenberch and Alexis Mac Allister, both from Liverpool, forming a dynamic trio.

Up front, the PFA selected Chris Wood (Nottingham Forest), Alexander Isak (Newcastle United), and Mohamed Salah (Liverpool) to lead the attack.
