Salah Snubs Liverpool, Picks Club to Win This Season’s EPL Title
Liverpool winger, Mohamed Salah has expressed doubt over his team’s chances of defending their Premier League title this season. Instead, he has tipped Arsenal to clinch the English championship once again.
Arsenal have finished as runners-up in the past three seasons, coming close but falling short.
Last season, the Gunners ended 10 points behind Liverpool, who secured the title under manager Arne Slot in his first year.
However, Salah believes Arsenal are poised to break their 20-year title drought this time.
Speaking to AFTV at the PFA Awards on Tuesday night, Salah said, “I think you have a great team this season. You have a really good chance.
“I think you are favourites now because you have players that have been together for five years.”
