Hull Names Tim Walter as New Coach, Replacing Rosenior
Hull, an English second-tier football club, has appointed Tim Walter as their new head coach on a three-year contract following the controversial dismissal of Liam Rosenior.
Despite narrowly missing out on the play-offs, the decision to let go of Rosenior surprised many. Walter, the former Hamburg manager, quickly emerged as the frontrunner for the position and has been officially appointed pending visa approval.
According to Hull’s owner, Acun Ilicali, Walter was always their top choice among strong applicants. Ilicali expressed confidence in Walter’s philosophy and hopes for continued progress under his leadership in the upcoming season.
