NFF Urges Adarabioyo to Choose Super Eagles Over England

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) is intensifying efforts to persuade Tosin Adarabioyo to switch his international allegiance from England to the Super Eagles.

The Chelsea defender, who has represented England at the youth level, remains eligible to play for Nigeria. Despite previous offers, Adarabioyo has declined the NFF’s requests to join the Super Eagles on two occasions.

He had discussions with former Super Eagles head coach Jose Peseiro in London before the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, but Peseiro was unable to sway the then-Fulham player.

According to Londonworld, the NFF remains determined and is continuing its push to change Adarabioyo’s mind.

Adarabioyo, who recently signed with Chelsea on a free transfer after leaving Fulham, is the latest target in Nigeria’s efforts to bolster its squad.
