NPFL: Sunshine Stars elevate four youth players to senior squad

Sunshine Stars have promoted four youth team players to their senior squad: Shettima Mongulo, Oluwole Kehinde, Ismail Amid, and Precious Olowojesiku.

The Owena Waves announced the promotions ahead of their first match of the new season.

In addition, Sunshine Stars strengthened their team with 12 new signings.

Kennedy Boboye’s squad will face Bayelsa United in their opening fixture of the 2024-25 season at their temporary home ground, Otunba Dipo Dina Stadium in Ijebu-Ode, on Sunday (today).
