Real Madrid has initiated discussions with Liverpool defender Trent Alexander-Arnold regarding a potential transfer this summer. Alexander-Arnold’s current contract with Liverpool extends until 2025, but with no agreement yet on an extension, the 25-year-old English international could depart for free next year.

According to BILD reporter Christian Falk, Real Madrid has shown a keen and specific interest in Alexander-Arnold, with the versatile full-back also reportedly keen on a move to the Santiago Bernabeu this transfer window.

In a separate development, Chelsea Women have confirmed the signing of French midfielder Oriane Jean-Francois from Paris Saint-Germain. The 22-year-old has penned a three-year deal with an additional one-year option, bringing versatility and dynamic play to Chelsea’s midfield.
