Transfer: Conte Excludes Osimhen from Napoli’s Pre-Season Friendly

Napoli manager Antonio Conte has excluded Victor Osimhen from the squad for Sunday evening’s pre-season friendly against Egnatia. Osimhen’s future with the Serie A club remains uncertain.

Conte is preparing for Osimhen’s departure and aims to replace him with Romelu Lukaku.

Football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano posted on X: “Victor Osimhen is not even on the bench for Napoli tonight as the plan of both parties remains clear. Osimhen wants to leave, and Napoli want to bring in Lukaku. Talks with PSG have been on hold since Monday. Chelsea like Osimhen but won’t pay the release clause.”
