Transfer News: Ismaheel Signs for Polish Club Gornik Zabrze

Nigerian winger Taofeek Ismaheel has completed a permanent transfer to Polish club Gornik Zabrze.

Ismaheel made the move from French Ligue 2 side FC Lorient to the Polish Ekstraklasa outfit, signing a three-year contract.

The talented 23-year-old arrived at Lorient in January 2022 and was subsequently loaned to Norwegian club Valerenga. Prior to that, he spent two seasons on loan at Belgian club SK Beveren, where he amassed eight goals and 10 assists in 56 matches across all competitions.
